Camiel Boersma
Key areas of practice: Litigation
Camiel Boersma advises domestic and international companies in the field of corporate law and restructuring and litigates corporate governance disputes, directors’ liability cases and restructuring matters.
Before joining Cleber in 2019 he worked for an international law firm gaining valuable experience in restructuring practice and well-known enquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber with the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
Camiel has a keen eye for the strategic interests of the firm’s clients and puts his legal knowhow in the context of the relevant financial and commercial aspects.
